What we process

NameBatchAI reads the file names, file types, sizes, selected naming mode, and optional instructions you provide so it can suggest cleaner filenames.

File contents

Files are selected in your browser and packaged into the renamed ZIP on your device. The service does not intentionally store uploaded file contents.

Usage records

We keep lightweight usage records such as original filenames, suggested names, batch size, AI or rule-based source, and request time. These records help with support, abuse prevention, and improving the product.

Payments

Payments are handled by PayPal. NameBatchAI does not store your PayPal password or card details.
